1.This chapter is all about short term fluctuations in the economy – recessions and booms. After reading the chapter what do you think about the current US (or Colorado) economy? Is a recession coming soon? Is the economy in danger of overheating?
The current U.S. economy is doing really good for our current situation, that being said there is defiantly a recession coming in the future. There are always going to be economic booms and busts, but unfortunately predicting these booms and busts can be very difficult. That being said, if a recession is approaching there are policys that can be implemented to prevent further economic recession. The economy is defiantly in danger of overheating, but we are doing a good job in the U.S. right now of preventing further overheating.
